AF Expert – For subscribed AF Licensees only

The AF Expert app enables users to view audits of customer journeys that display the age-friendliness of all the associated touchpoints.

To create or edit customer journeys you need a qualifying AF Licensee subscription which also gives you access to all of the facilities of the AF Engine. (see http://age-friendly.com/download)

As the name implies, AF Expert is for experienced users who have created audits using an AF qualifying Licence. If you are new to the AF apps, you should use one of the free versions (e.g. AF Brands, AF Cities).

The AF Expert app is based on the research of Walker and Stroud the authors of Marketing to the Ageing Consumer - the leading marketing textbook on the results of ageing on the customer experience.
